This is a collaborative agreement, signed by the chief officers and police and crime commissioners of UK forces, which allows NaVCIS to undertake the work we do. This ensures NaVCIS focuses on protecting the UK from the harm of vehicle finance crime.


If any provision of this agreement is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions. NaVCIS reserves the right to alter or delete materials from this website at any time at its discretion.
